How HOBBYWING Team in North America responding to COVID-19

Our highest priority is to do our part to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers while meeting our service commitments.

HOBBYWING North America will continue to operate with its daily operations. We are making every effort to process your order in a timely manner. Although HOBBYWING North America is committed to process and ship out orders the same day or within 1 business day,  please understand that once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the hands of the courier service.

What can you do?

As soon as we process an order, you will receive an order confirmation and the tracking number via email.  Please contact the carrier directly for the shipping status, or you can review the status through their online shipping status web page

Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19, a high volume of events have been canceled. HOBBYWING will continue to evaluate this situation throughout this period before making any other long-term announcements. HOBBYWING will be effectively canceling all sponsored events until further notice. We acknowledge that an unexpected event cancellation can be a hardship on your end but the safety of our crew and attendees always comes first.

Guidance on the best ways to prevent the spread of infection that are aligned with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These include:

  • Cleaning your hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick unless you seek medical care.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.

Importantly, the WHO and U.S. CDC have stated that the likelihood of the COVID-19 virus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low. If there is a concern, disinfecting the shipment or using protective apparel when unwrapping the container will reduce the risk of exposure.

We share the concern of the global community and hope the virus can be contained and eradicated as quickly as possible.

For more information, we encourage you to visit WHO’s Q&A on coronaviruses (COVID-19) and the CDC’s FAQ on the issue.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
