Dear HOBBYWING Authorized Dealers in North America, 

We would like to inform you of the following MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) release schedules for the upcoming holiday sale season.

- The objective is to promote the HOBBYWING brand and also help our wholesale customers clear out their dead/slow inventory while maximizing sales during the holiday sale periods.

- There will be 2 different types of MAP Release Schedules.

1) Eligible for Sales Campaigns Using Discount Codes - The listing price must be kept at/ above MAP.

- Retailers are eligible to offer/ display discount code(s) to their customers publicly and privately.

- Please note the listing price must be kept at or above MAP. Displaying the price below MAP will be a violation of our MAP policy.

- The eligible periods are as follows:

Period 1: Halloween Day - Tuesday, October 31, 2023, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (PDT)

Period 2: Veterans Day - Saturday, November 11, 2023, 12:00 am to  11:59 pm (PST)

Period 3: Christmas/ Boxing Day - Saturday, December 23, 2023, 12 am - Tuesday, December 26, 2023, 11:59 pm (PST)

2) Full MAP Release - The listing price can be below MAP

- Retailers are eligible to display the listing price below MAP, and/or offer/ display discount code(s) to their customers publicly and privately.

- Please note that anyone found advertising below MAP outside of this Full MAP Release period will violate our MAP policy.

- The eligibility period is as follows:

Black Friday Cyber Monday Period - Monday, November 20, 2023,12 am - Monday, November 27, 2023, 11:59 pm (PST)
