Important Information for Holiday Shipments

We would like to thank you for choosing HOBBYWING products.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order in a timely manner. Although HOBBYWING North America is committed to process and ship out orders the same day or within 1 business day, please understand that once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier service. 

That said, sometimes our products do not reach the customer in the expected time. When this happens, it is most likely due to delays or errors made on the part of the courier service.

UPS has announced a 1 Day Delay on Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select shipping options. We do not intend to blame or point fingers, we merely want our customers to be aware that even certified courier services change their delivery dates during Holiday Season.
